email is likely the best way! i do use some messaging apps, but for privacy reasons i won’t be listing those profiles here. you could try the DMs feature that i’m sure many of the above sites have, but there’s a decent chance i’ll miss it. so, email!
that being said, i do have a matrix (@woobyrubes:matrix.org), though i rarely check it. i’m still not quite sure how it works to be fully honest.
